Cocktail OceanGizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Cocktail Ocean mobil uygulamasının ("uygulama") hangi kişisel verileri topladığını, neden kullandığını ve haklarını açıklar. Veri sorumlusu Onur Bulut'tur. İletişim: hello@cocktailocean.com.
Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, parola (yalnızca geri döndürülemez özet olarak saklanır), görünen ad, doğum tarihi, ülke ve bölge.
- Apple veya Google ile giriş: "Apple ile devam et" ya da "Google ile devam et"i seçersen, Apple veya Google bize senin için oluşturduğu kullanıcı kimliğini (bir tanımlayıcı) ve e-posta adresini iletir. Apple, adını yalnızca ilk girişte ve paylaşmayı seçersen iletir; bunu görünen adın olarak kullanırız. Apple'ın "E-postamı gizle" seçeneğinde bize gerçek adresin yerine Apple'ın yönlendirme adresi gelir. Apple veya Google parolanı hiçbir zaman almayız; bu yöntemle açılan hesabın bizde parolası yoktur. Doğum tarihini ve ülkeni yine kendin beyan edersin.
- Paylaştığın içerik: gönderiler, fotoğraflar, hikâyeler, yorumlar, beğeniler, takip ettiğin kişiler, blog yazıları, iş ilanları ve barmen başvuruları.
- Mesajlar: diğer kullanıcılarla doğrudan mesajlaşmaların.
- Bar ve tercih bilgileri: barında bulunduğunu işaretlediğin malzemeler ve kaydettiğin tarifler.
- Teknik bilgiler: oturum açarken IP adresi ve cihaz/uygulama bilgisi (güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımı önleme için).
- Şikâyetler ve denetim kayıtları: yaptığın ya da hakkında yapılan şikâyetler ve moderasyon işlemleri.
Uygulamanın şu anki test sürümünde veriler yalnızca cihazında saklanır ve sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
Verileri neden kullanıyoruz
- Hesabını oluşturmak, oturumunu açık tutmak ve uygulamanın özelliklerini sunmak.
- Yaş ve ülke: bulunduğun yerdeki yasal içki içme yaşının altındaysan alkollü içeriği göstermemek ve bazı özellikleri (ör. mesajlaşma) yaş sınırına bağlamak.
- Topluluğu güvende tutmak: şikâyetleri incelemek, kötüye kullanımı ve spam'i önlemek.
- Parola sıfırlama gibi hizmet e-postaları göndermek. Pazarlama e-postası göndermiyoruz.
Verilerini satmıyoruz, reklam amacıyla kullanmıyoruz ve uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam ya da takip araçları bulunmuyor.
Kimlerle paylaşılır
- Diğer kullanıcılar: profilin, gönderilerin ve yorumların uygulamadaki görünürlük ayarlarına göre diğer kullanıcılara görünür. Mesajların yalnızca konuşmadaki kişilere görünür.
- Hizmet sağlayıcılar: sunucu barındırma (Hetzner, Almanya), içerik dağıtımı, görsel ve video depolama ile e-posta gönderimi (Cloudflare). Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca bizim adımıza işler.
- Yasal zorunluluk: yetkili makamların hukuka uygun talepleri.
Saklama süresi
Hesabın açık olduğu sürece verilerini saklarız. Hikâyeler belirli bir süre sonra otomatik silinir. Hesabını sildiğinde e-posta adresin, parolan ve Apple/Google kullanıcı kimliğin hemen silinir. Güvenlik yedekleri en fazla 30 gün tutulur.
Hakların
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve geçerli olduğu yerlerde GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verilerinin bir kopyasını alma hakkın vardır.
- Verilerinin bir kopyası için: uygulamadaki ayarlardan "Verilerimi indir".
- Hesabını silmek için: uygulamadaki ayarlardan "Hesabımı sil".
- Diğer talepler için: hello@cocktailocean.com. En geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
Yaş sınırı
Bulunduğun yerdeki yasal içki içme yaşının altındaki kullanıcılara alkollü içerik gösterilmez; mesajlaşma gibi bazı özellikler de yaş sınırına bağlıdır. Yaş, kayıtta girilen doğum tarihine göre belirlenir ve sonradan değiştirilemez.
Güvenlik
Bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS). Parolalar geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır, veritabanı erişimi kullanıcı bazında sınırlandırılır.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data the Cocktail Ocean mobile app ("the app") collects, why, and what your rights are. The data controller is Onur Bulut. Contact: hello@cocktailocean.com.
Data we collect
- Account: email address, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), display name, date of birth, country and region.
- Sign in with Apple or Google: if you choose "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google", Apple or Google sends us the user ID it created for you (an identifier) and your email address. Apple sends your name only on your first sign-in and only if you choose to share it; we use it as your display name. With Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive Apple's relay address instead of your real one. We never receive your Apple or Google password, and an account created this way has no password with us. You still declare your date of birth and country yourself.
- Content you share: posts, photos, stories, comments, likes, follows, blog posts, job listings and bartender applications.
- Messages: your direct messages with other users.
- Bar and preferences: ingredients you mark as in your bar and recipes you save.
- Technical: IP address and device/app information when you sign in (for security and abuse prevention).
- Reports and moderation records: reports you make or that concern you, and moderation actions.
In the current test version of the app, data is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
How we use it
- To create your account, keep you signed in and provide the app's features.
- Age and country: to hide alcohol content if you are under the legal drinking age where you live, and to apply age limits to some features (e.g. messaging).
- To keep the community safe: reviewing reports, preventing abuse and spam.
- To send service emails such as password resets. We do not send marketing email.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and the app contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Who we share it with
- Other users: your profile, posts and comments are visible to other users according to the app's visibility settings. Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation.
- Service providers: server hosting (Hetzner, Germany), content delivery, image and video storage and email delivery (Cloudflare). They process data only on our behalf.
- Legal requirements: lawful requests from competent authorities.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. Stories are deleted automatically after a set time. When you delete your account, your email address, password and Apple/Google user ID are deleted immediately. Security backups are kept for at most 30 days.
Your rights
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing and to receive a copy of your data.
- For a copy of your data: "Download my data" in the app settings.
- To delete your account: "Delete my account" in the app settings.
- Anything else: hello@cocktailocean.com. We reply within 30 days.
Age limit
Alcohol content is not shown to users under the legal drinking age where they live, and some features such as messaging are age-limited. Age is based on the date of birth entered at sign-up, which cannot be changed later.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored irreversibly and database access is restricted per user.
Changes
If we update this policy, we change the date on this page and announce significant changes in the app.
